The Julia is 60 percent covered seating area (3.0 x 3.6m) and 40 percent enclosed room (2.4m x 3.0m), with access gained to the storage/indoor area by the glazed double doors at the front. The summer house area is an ideal area for storage of the furniture / BBQ whilst not in use, or of course a garden summer room during the better months.

The roof looks flat from around the edges, but it is in fact a sloping deck within the confines of the fascia boards to avoid water build-up, which in turn flows into an integral downpipe.

The roofing material consists of a rubber mat (known as EPDM), edged with an aluminium strip on all sides for a neat finish.

Choice of chrome or brass metalwork for the doors.
