The Jake is mainly a covered seating or BBQ area which has an attached storage building as well, with access gained by the single door towards the front aspect. This is an ideal area for storage of the furniture / BBQ whilst not in use.

The roof looks flat from around the edges, but it is in fact a sloping deck within the steeped up fascia boards to avoid water build-up, which in turn flows into an integral downpipe.

The roofing material consists of an EPDM rubber mat, edged with an aluminium strip on all sides

Chrome or brass metalwork for the door

Single doors are always hinged on the left but can be hinged on the right in requested on order.
