This is the 98 square metre (total area of upstairs and downstairs, including both veranda areas) with a standard internal partition layout, but they are all individually built and can therefore be altered to suit the customers' needs.

• 70mm internal solid timber wall
• Celotex insulation for the floor and roof included as standard

• 4 x Double glazed single doors, half glazed 1855x850mm

The walls are insulated in order to comply with building regulations thermal requirements. The layout of the internal partitions is flexible and each layout would be to order. Most of these houses will require planning and/or building requirements, so a call to your local planning department as to the viability of building a log house before plans and costs are drawn up, would be worthwhile.
